Four distinct segments of training comprise the curriculum package for the Center for Technical Education and Career Advancement. 1. Career and vocational training that will be truly unique and revolutionary in Guatemala , offerings a wide range of vocations in fields where the greatest opportunities exist; 2. English as a second language, which provides for an enormous advantage in the job market; 3. Training in the skills of business administration and entrepreneurship; 4 . Developing enterprises that will provide hands on experience for students in conjunction with their class and lab work. The Villa Grande property is the first step in this direction.
